An iconic storefront in downtown Fort Wayne marks 75 years of business Thursday, and it’s an anniversary so big that a block party is planned for June so the whole community can celebrate.
On May 2nd, 1949, Albert Stoner officially opened “Stoner’s Magic Shop” for business. For 75 years we have dealt with magic, costumes, jokes- all things FUN!
To celebrate this monumental anniversary, we are inviting the public to celebrate with us on Saturday June 29th, from 11AM to 4PM in front of our storefront at 712 S. Harrison Street!
“Albert Stoner Day” will be a celebration of Stoner’s Funstore- and all things FUN in Fort Wayne.
Join us for magic, music, fortune telling, ice cream, and so much more still to be announced!
Keep watch on our Facebook and Instagram for more announcements as the celebration draws closer. And who knows- we may still have another trick up our sleeves. We are always full of surprises!
